At Anasua, we pride ourselves on our prompt manufacturing process and can guarantee that your order will be ready for shipment within the timeline mentioned in the product description. However, the subsequent delivery timeline, is subject to our third-party logistics provider. As such, we are unable to provide a definitive guarantee on this aspect.
It's important to note that while we are dedicated to creating beautiful fashion pieces, our core competence is not in logistics. Therefore, the quality and timing of the delivery services, which are managed by a separate entity, are beyond our control. While we make every effort to collaborate with industry-leading delivery partners, any potential delays in the shipment process do not reflect our commitment to timely service.
We understand that timely delivery is crucial to our customers, and it is not in our best interest to have shipping delays. We appreciate your understanding that our role is primarily to provide you with high-quality fashion, while logistics are handled by a specialized third party. Once your order has been approved by the quality check team, your order will be dispatched promptly and be notified with a tracking code to track your orders.
Do note that you are also responsible for paying any additional taxes that may be levied on your order as part of Service and/ or Import Taxes. In the event, if you choose to not pay duties and taxes and refuse to accept the delivery of the product, the refund will be made after deducting the import charges we incur to ship the product back to our office. If the return charges are higher than the order refund amount, no refund will be made
