Cancellation & Refund Policy
We do not allow order cancellations or refunds once an order has been placed. Each garment begins its production process within one hour of order confirmation, as every piece is made exclusively for you.
Our made-to-order model ensures careful craftsmanship, quality control, and minimal waste. Because of this process, we are unable to accommodate cancellations, modifications, or refunds after an order has been initiated.
Please confirm your size, style, and details before placing your order to ensure a smooth and timely delivery experience.
Return & Exchange policy
We offer exchanges for items that arrive damaged. To request an exchange, please share a clear video of the package being opened upon delivery.
Please note that if any item/s that have been altered, it will not be accepted for exchanges.
As each piece is crafted upon order, we are unable to accept returns.

Size exchange
We offer a one-time complimentary size exchange to ensure the perfect fit. To initiate a size exchange, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order. Once approved, you may return the item for resizing or replacement in the requested size.
Important guidelines when returning an item:
∙ All garments must have their original tags attached.
∙ Items must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged, with no scent of perfume, deodorant, or detergent.
∙ Garments must be free from makeup, tan, or any visible marks.
Items not meeting these conditions will not be eligible for exchange.
Do you offer free shipping
Yes, for all orders above S$200 you'll get complimentary shipping on us. We are not able to offer this for orders outside Singapore currently.
Colour Accuracy
Colours may appear slightly different on screen due to lighting, screen calibration, and device settings. If you’d like to see the fabric in natural light, we’re happy to share an actual image of the material before you place your order.
When will I get my order?
All orders are processed and prepared for dispatch within 3 working days. Production begins within one hour of receiving your order confirmation, as each piece is cut and stitched to order at our studio in Mumbai, India.
Shipping is managed by our third-party logistics partner and typically takes 2–3 weeks for delivery.

We understand the importance of garments that deliver both confidence and comfort. Our approach is intentional. We use structured, heavyweight cotton and add full lining where needed to ensure complete coverage without visible layers. Each lining is precisely measured to remain discreet while maintaining the defined structure our silhouettes are known for.
Every piece is finished with premium haberdasheries and reinforced construction techniques. Our commitment is to long-lasting craftsmanship that reflects the standard of quality expected from every garment bearing the Anasua label. We continue to focus on using high-quality materials and maintaining fair, honest pricing for timeless, well-made clothing.
How much does shipping cost
Within Singapore, standard shipping ( 3-5 days) is S$5 and Express (1-2 days) is S$20.
(Please note that for express option , it does not include the time taken for shipping from our studio in India to Singapore that typically takes 5-10 working days.)

Do all designs come with pockets
Yes, we have decided to ensure every outfit has at least 1 pocket depending on the design's feature.
Imperfections in the fabric
Since we work with natural fibres and produce in small batches, you may occasionally notice slight imperfections such as:
- Tiny weave slubs or thread variations
- Mild speckles from cotton seeds
- Slight tonal or dye differences
These are natural characteristics of the fabric, not defects. They reflect the authenticity of natural materials.
However, with that being said, we do our best to maintain high standards. Each fabric is checked before cutting and stitching to ensure it meets our quality benchmarks.
Garment Care
With all natural fabrics like cotton and tencel, slight colour bleeding may occur during the first wash. This is normal and temporary.
We recommend professional dry cleaning to best preserve the garment’s structure and craftsmanship.
Should you prefer to care for it at home, proceed with care:
- Hand wash separately in cold water
- Use a mild detergent
- Avoid wringing or twisting
- Dry flat in shade.
Always test a small concealed area before washing or ironing, and use a low-heat setting to protect the fusing.
As each piece is thoughtfully crafted, Anasua cannot assume responsibility for damage resulting from home care practices.
