Yes, all our products listed as available are in ready stocks and we may restock the items based on interest if Sold Out.

Yes! We do offer size customisation. Please note that if you fall within the range of our sizing guide and still would like to customise, there will be additional charges and returns will be not be applicable.

Yes, we are able to offer design customisation such as:

1) Neckline Depth

2) Sleeve Length

3) Length of Garment

These changes, can be requested to our team and there will be an additional $10 for every modification.

Ideally we hope our products and services meet your expectations and would refrain from needing to make a return.

We offer hassle free returns. For wrong size orders and exchanges, there will be a $10 service charge and you will be required to print the return airway bill that will be provided upon return/ exchange enquiry and passed to our courier partner.

(The $10 fee includes return delivery to our location and the delivery fee for the new item to your location. Please note this is currently only for Singapore based Customers)

Return Requests and Exchanges needs to be made within 3 day of receiving the product. Upon approval for returns/ exchange from our team, item/s must be returned within 5 working days to qualify for the return/ exchange.

If the stock is available and you do require the item to be delivered within a day, we would be happy to arrange for Grab Delivery. Please note that you will have to arrange for the delivery and bear the delivery costs.

Unfortunately, we do not offer self collection as of now. We are sorry for the inconvenience and hope you would understand.

Unfortunately, we do not offer cash on delivery (C.O.D) option for time being.

We believe in being transparent and honest about our designs. The details and images provided are meant to be accurate representation of the products that you will be receiving.

However, please do note the following:

1) Colour representations can be tricky due to various screens and as a result there will be slight colour discrepancies.

2) Sizing/ measurements details may vary a little as these products are handmade and there might by slight 0.5-1 Inch discrepancies.
