Items marked as made upon order have a manufacturing timeline of 1-2 weeks not inclusive of weekends. However, if you are purchasing items during our Sale and/or Festive period, do expect further delays of 1-2 weeks in manufacturing. All orders are completed on first come first serve basis and we will not be able to rush any orders.
Please also understand that items that have been shipped out may have additional delays due to different country immigration processes that we do not have control over.

Yes, all our products listed as available are in ready stocks and we may restock the items based on interest if Sold Out.
Kindly be aware that all blouses offered by Anasua, including ready-stitched saree blouses, lehenga blouses, and others, are available in standardized ready sizes. It is important to note that these ready-to-wear blouses differ from made-to-measure saree blouses.
We understand that customers may anticipate a similarity between ready-to-wear blouses and individually tailored ones. However, as a ready-to-wear label, Anasua specializes in providing meticulously crafted, pre-sized blouses for your convenience.

Yes! We do offer size customisation. Please note that if you fall within the range of our sizing guide and still would like to customise, there will be additional charges and returns will be not be applicable.

Yes, we are able to offer design customisation such as:
1) Neckline Depth
2) Sleeve Length
3) Length of Garment
These changes, can be requested to our team and there will be an additional $10 for every modification.

We provide hassle free exchanges for wrong sizing on your first order with us. (Applicable within Singapore)

If the stock is available and you do require the item to be delivered within a day, we would be happy to arrange for Grab Delivery. Please note that you will have to arrange for the delivery and bear the delivery costs.
Please note that during sale periods, additional/ old discount codes will not be permitted as prices have been reduced during offer period.
If discount code is used during sale period, we will not process the order and will inform you accordingly to top up the amount.

Unfortunately, we do not offer cash on delivery (C.O.D) option for time being.
We believe in being transparent and honest about our designs. The details and images provided are meant to be accurate representation of the products that you will be receiving.
However, please do note the following:
1) Colour representations can be tricky due to various screens and as a result there will be slight colour discrepancies.
2) Sizing/ measurements details may vary a little as these products are handmade and there might by slight 0.5-1 Inch discrepancies.
