Cancellation & Refund Policy

We do not allow order cancellations or refunds after 1 hour since the order has been placed. Each garment begins its production process within one hour of order confirmation, as every piece is made exclusively for you.

Our made-to-order model ensures careful craftsmanship, quality control, and minimal waste. Because of this process, we are unable to accommodate cancellations, modifications, or refunds after an order has been initiated.

Please confirm your size, style, and details before placing your order to ensure a smooth and timely delivery experience.

Return & Exchange policy

We offer exchanges for items that arrive damaged. To request an exchange, please share a clear video of the package being opened upon delivery.

Please note that if any item/s that have been altered, it will not be accepted for exchanges.

As each piece is crafted upon order, we are unable to accept returns.

Size exchange

We offer a one-time complimentary size exchange to ensure the perfect fit. To initiate a size exchange, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order. Once approved, you may return the item for resizing or replacement in the requested size. If alteration is opted for, we do not allow size exchanges.

Important guidelines when returning an item:

∙ All garments must have their original tags attached.

∙ Items must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged, with no scent of perfume, deodorant, or detergent.

∙ Garments must be free from makeup, tan, or any visible marks.

Items not meeting these conditions will not be eligible for exchange.

Colour Accuracy

Colours may appear slightly different on screen due to lighting, screen calibration, and device settings. If you’d like to see the fabric in natural light, we’re happy to share an actual image of the material before you place your order.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase. But the general guide is as the following:

Singapore: $15
Australia: AU$50
UK: £30.00
USA: US$35

Delivery Timeline

All orders are processed and prepared for dispatch within 3 working days. Production begins within one hour of receiving your order confirmation, as each piece is cut and stitched to order at our studio in Mumbai, India.

Both Domestic and International Shipping is managed by our third-party logistics partner and typically takes 2–4 weeks for delivery.

Imperfections in the fabric

We do our best to maintain high standards. Each fabric is checked before cutting and stitching to ensure it meets our quality benchmarks.

However, with that being said, as we work with natural fibres and produce in small batches, you may occasionally notice slight imperfections such as:

  • Tiny weave slubs or thread variations
  • Mild speckles from cotton seeds
  • Slight tonal or dye differences

These are natural characteristics of the fabric, not defects. They reflect the authenticity of natural materials.

Garment Care

With all natural fabrics like cotton and tencel, slight colour bleeding may occur during the first wash. This is normal and temporary.


We recommend professional dry cleaning to best preserve the garment’s structure and craftsmanship.

Should you prefer to care for it at home, proceed with care:

  • Hand wash separately in cold water
  • Use a mild detergent
  • Avoid wringing or twisting
  • Dry flat in shade.

Always test a small concealed area before washing or ironing, and use a low-heat setting to protect the fusing.
