What is the return policy?
No Returns only exchange for defective product with opening video proof.
Do you have discount?
Yes, we do have bulk discount pricing to reward customers who purchase a minimum of 2 clothing.

Why is your discount structured like this?
We want to reward customers who support our small label by buying in bulk.
We do not do large scale manufacturing and keep dead stocks but if you support us by buying more, we are able to give you better prices same way like how manufacturers are able to give better pricing to middle man.
Since you are buying directly from us and we are the manufacturer, we are able to give you the savings benefit directly to you without the middle man
What is your refund policy?
We do not allow for refunds as items are being manufactured upon order. We only do exchange if item received is damaged with video proof of opening.
How long does it take to reach me?
In general it would take between 2-3 weeks but that is due to shipping and delivery timing and most times your orders are processed for cutting and stitching within 1 hour from receiving the order notification.
Do all designs come with pockets?
Yes, we have decided to ensure every outfit has at least 1 pocket depending on the design's feature. Our past collections may not come with pockets, please check description on individual products.
Do you allow size exchange?
No, unfortunately as the item is made upon order, at this moment it will not be sustainable for us.
However, do get in touch with the team either on IG, Whatsapp or email regarding your measurement and we'd be happy to help you pick the right size :)
Which dress was the viral dress?
Our Fuchsia tiered midi dress got a lot of attention and hugely praised. But we've made it better now with thicker cotton and pockets so it perfect now!

No More Transparent Clothing
We know the problem of buying clothing online is that you can't tell if the material is see-through and we decided to solve this for you by choosing thicker cottons and giving full lining where needed.
Will there be any imperfections in the fabric?
Since we work with natural fibres and produce in small batches, you may occasionally notice slight imperfections such as:
- Tiny weave slubs or thread variations
- Mild speckles from cotton seeds
- Slight tonal or dye differences
These are natural characteristics of the fabric, not defects. They reflect the authenticity of natural materials.
However, with that being said, we do our best to maintain high standards. Each fabric is checked before cutting and stitching to ensure it meets our quality benchmarks.
Does the colour bleed during wash?
With all natural fabrics like cotton and rayon, slight colour bleeding may occur during the first wash. This is normal and temporary.
We recommend:
- Hand wash or gentle machine wash
- Cold water rinse only
- Washing dark and light colours separately
- Avoiding soaking or harsh detergents
